The candidate must have at least a B.S. in an environmentally related field. TxDOT environmental precertifications are preferred, but not required. Duties would include preparing cost estimates and scopes of work, managing projects, field work, report preparation, technical analysis, QA/QC of reports written by others, CADD oversight, client coordination, and marketing.

Experience monitoring environmental compliance on construction projects helpful. The candidate must have at least a BS in the environmentally related field.The candidate must be able to complete site investigations and regulatory review; writing and editing technical reports; managing project scopes and budgets. Specific duties include: preparation and review of a wide variety of documents relating to environmental review, permitting, and environmental compliance of environmental/wetlands-related projects. Responsibilities may also include assisting with the development and implementation of an environmental compliance monitoring program for construction projects. This would entail oversight of construction monitoring technicians and regulatory agency coordination.
