Manager
Responsible for project management of small to medium sized projects,
close interaction with clients. Responsible for putting teams
together in order to complete projects of a high standard of quality,
within deadlines and within budgetary requirements. Responsible
for business development and business development of small to
medium sized projects.
Responsible
for financial aspects of the project.
Receives administrative
supervision, with assignments given in terms of broad general
objectives and limits.
Directs both
professional and support staff on small to medium sized projects.
Seven (7)
years experience with TxDOT highway projects required.

Performs design computations or quantity takeoffs as required by
discipline. Adjusts and correlates data, recognizes discrepancies
in results. Assists in preparing plans and schedules of more senior
staff. May complete field inspections as directed. Performs specific
and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer
using prescribed methods.
May be responsible for phases of a single revenue-producing project.
Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex
features, and possible solutions. Assistance is furnished on unusual
problems and work is reviewed for application of sound professional
judgment. May supervise technicians, and other support staff who
are working on a specific project.
A
BS in Civil Engineering, EIT certification, and 2+ years with
TxDOT highway design experience is required.

Roadway
Project Manager
Designs and directs technical staff engaged in the design of roadway
and transportation projects. Duties also include developing and
maintaining schedules and project budgets, and liaison with clients,
subcontractors, agencies and project stakeholders.
Professional
Engineer registration or ability to obtain PE license in Texas
and a minimum of 10 years experience in Roadway Design, including
5 years in Project Management.

Traffic
Engineer - Senior/Transportation Planner
Manage projects
that require technical analysis utilizing transportation and traffic
operations and simulation software. Manage staff that provides project
support on a variety of traffic, transit and parking studies. Manage
city transportation master plan projects. BS
in Civil Engineering, MS preferred. At least 7 years professional
experience: project management experience (i.e., junior project
manager). Extensive experience with Synchro, HCS, Passer or other
intersection operations software; knowledge of simulation software
(Corsim, Vissim) desirable, but not necessary; familiarity with
traffic, transit and parking analyses; travel demand models such
as MINUTP and TP+; good writing/communication/client-relations
skills. PE required. |
Transportation
Analyst III Applies

Supervises technical aspects of the project.
A
MS in Civil Engineering or Planning is required with 5+ years
experience in transportation planning/engineering.

with 7-10 years of relevant managerial experience on large complex
transportation projects. Excellent communication skills, computer
literate with significant experience in client contact.

and land use planning and comprehensive plans. Should be experienced
in all aspects of transportation planning including corridors,
major thoroughfare plans, freight studies, etc, and be current
in training and continuing education. A Texas registration or
being eligible to attain immediately upon hiring is preferred.

and details of a project.
Reviews finished products. Responsible for coordination
of work assignments and the completion of plans, proposals, reports
and other work assignments within schedule and budget.
Works with little supervision. May direct/supervise/schedule
other staff. Working knowledge of demand modeling and software
such as TransCAD is desired.
Masters
in Planning required with 5-10 years of experience. AICP or ability
to obtain in one year.

Transportation
Project Manager Project
manager of small to medium sized projects; responsible for design,
QA/QC, CADD production, budgets, etc., on all types of roadway and
site design projects. Assist the Associate-in-Charge (AIC) with
staff management, growth of road design department, preparation
of proposals, presentation to clients, marketing to new and existing
clients, and general division management.
Initial project assignments: preliminary engineering design on
interstate/interchange facilities, final design of roadway/interstate
facilities, and intersection design.
Minimum
Requirements: Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience in road
design. Must have minimum of 2 years of project and managerial
experience, as well as, some business development experience.
Familiarity with TxDOT standards and hands-on CADD design capabilities,
preferably Microstation and Geopak. Texas PE or ability to obtain
within 6 months. Excellent oral and written English communication
skills are required.

Rail
Design/Project Manager - Senior Seeking
an experienced Rail Designer to target light rail design opportunities
in Texas. This position will perform and support rail design opportunities
in coordination with rail and transit groups with other firms.
A BS in Engineering
is required with 9-12 years professional experience. Project management
and previous consulting experience is beneficial. Track design
experience is preferred along with track maintenance and experience/knowledge
of passenger rail (commuter/high speed) beneficial.
